Over eleven Sessions (90 minutes each) with veteran Enneagram coach, teacher and author, Dr. Roxanne Howe-Murphy, author of the internationally acclaimed book, Deep Coaching: Using the Enneagram as a Catalyst for Profound Change, gain a practical and grounded approach to using this powerful body of wisdom in your own work.

In this Deep Coaching foundation course:

• Develop awareness of the historical internal landscape that makes up each of the nine Enneagram Types, clustered by Hornevian (Social Style Groups) as identified by Don Riso and Russ Hudson.
• Learn to listen and experience distinctions among the substantially differing  energetic ways of being of each of the nine types.
• Become sensitive to the invisible dynamics of type and their resulting visible manifestations, especially in the context of coaching conversations. Here, you will gain a deeper capacity to meet the client where he or she is.
• Learn and practice the First Stage of the Deep Coaching model and  basic Deep Coaching principles.  Real life examples offer opportunities to explore coaching from the perspective of the nine different internal blueprints/structures and the nine different paths of growth and change. Throughout the course, you have the opportunity for remarkable self-inquiry and growth.
