Far more than a personality typing system, the Enneagram is founded in sacred psychology, contributing enormously to your approach to healing, growth and change when its fundamental principles are clarified and understood. An Overview of the Course
Meet with Roxanne via telephone for twelve (1 1/2 hr each) substantive and interactive sessions. You will receive introductory logistical infromation that helps you prepare for the course. In addition, you will receive an outline with notes in advance of every session to help you follow the flow of the subsequent session.
Another benefit of this program is the inclusion of small group learning communities (Pods) to give you more hands-on interaction and engagement of the rich material covered in the teleclass sessions. We invite you to join one of the pods which will each meet for 6 one-hour sessions with a trained Deep Coaching Pod Mentor.
In this Deep Coaching foundation course:
- Develop understanding of the “pre-awareness internal landscape” that makes up each of the nine Enneagram Types.
- Attune to 3 distinct energetic styles distinguished through the Social Style groupings.
- Gain an appreciation for and begin to orient yourself to the specific higher gifts for each Enneagram Point.
- Listen deeply and experience distinctions among the substantially differing world views and energies of each of the nine types.
- Become sensitive to the invisible dynamics of type and their resulting visible manifestations, especially in the context of coaching conversations. Here, you will gain a deeper capacity to meet the client where he or she is.
- Learn and practice basic Deep Coaching principles. Real life examples offer opportunities to explore coaching from the perspective of the nine ‘world views’ and the nine different paths of growth and change.
- Gain insights into various applications of the Enneagram by professionals like yourself.
- Throughout the course, you have the opportunity for remarkable self-inquiry and growth.

Facilitated by Steven Benson who has held senior leadership positions in numerous companies. His focus is working with people in organizational settings. His passion is using the Enneagram to support people in accomplishing what they think is impossible.
