When you use the Enneagram in your professional work, it opens and awakens something in your client, and, in you. The process of supporting others in awakening consciousness does not come without your own continuing professional development and the ongoing evolution of Self.
To that end, Deep Coaching Practice Circles are offered to provide you with deepened knowledge, understanding of and skill in working with Enneagram dynamics in a safe ‘practice-field.’
No where else will gain this level of experience!
The DC Practice Circle is designed for growth-oriented professionals with niches in many forms of life coaching, career coaching; spiritual coaching and spiritual direction; and in various therapeutic and energetic modalities.
This Intermediate Enneagram Coaching Course Will Increase Your Consciousness and Confidence
Offered as an intermediate element of the Deep Coaching Certification Program, this series expands and strengthens your coaching capacities through a triadic perspective of the Deep Coaching Field through the use of real Case Studies:
* “Getting your client’ through actively exploring how the personality structure operates and relaxes through the course of a coaching relationship;
* “Illuminating” YOUR inner experience of the client and your relationship-bringing more clarity to how your own perceptions, inner experiences and personality patterns influence client outcomes;
* The Client-Coach Dynamic is where we explore our ease or struggle in doing the work, the issue of what is and is not ‘client resistance’ and many other generally unconscious inter-dynamic/inter-personality/inter-psyche phenomena.
These elements, as integral to the Deep Coaching Field, each contribute to the professional’s ability to create an environment for real and sustainable change to take place!!
Learn to apply the Second Stage of the Deep Coaching Model, as well as integrate specific Deep Coaching principles.
Expand your knowledge of how four different approaches to Enneagram clusters impacts coaching.
Enrollment is limited to a small group in each coaching circle series to provide you ample engagement in refining and expanding your coaching presence and competence.
Prerequisite: Completion of the Deep Coaching Telecourse Series (Foundation Course) or approved equivalent.
EACH BASIC DEEP COACHING PRACTICE CIRCLE INCLUDES:
Eleven sessions of highly participatory teleconferences (nearly 20 hours of active learning with an orientation session; two-three practice sessions/month summary session; 105 minutes in length)
You receive ongoing personal mentoring. Each Circle is limited to just 4-6 participants to offer the opportunity for active involvement as a discussant, coach, ‘client,’ and in giving feedback
Each session will be recorded for downloading for you to listen to again and again
A process for clarifying how you are growing, and receiving feedback from Roxanne
Gain focused experience as a coach, as a coaching client, and as a witness/observer who can give discerning feedback. Take your experience directly into your coaching practice!
In addition, through this focused learning environment, you’ll:
Practice presence-based coaching and experience what that really means;
Expand your confidence and capacity as a Deep Coaching practitioner;
have the opportunity for astounding growth, and
Build relationships with colleagues who are becoming Deep Coaching Practitioners.
